  We take on a limited number of weddings each year, so if we’re available on your date and feel like the right fit, securing us is easy—start your journey with us by requesting a brochure, then arranging a call! 

 

It's important to speak to us first because your wedding day is deeply personal, and we want to ensure we're the perfect fit for capturing your unique story.

 

Every couple has their own vision, style, and expectations, and by connecting with us beforehand, we can better understand your needs and tailor our approach to reflect what matters most to you.

We believe that great photography and filmmaking are built on trust and clear communication. By speaking with us, we can answer any questions you might have, discuss your ideas, and ensure we're aligned in how we’ll capture the most meaningful moments of your day. A few of our frequently asked questions...

There is a lot to think about when planning a wedding, lots of questions to ask, it's important to us that you feel at ease at every step, whether your just at the start of your wedding journey or you have booked us & want to add on extra services. What happens after we enquire?

Firstly thank you for getting in touch with us, usually you will receive a reply within a few hours. We check our availability, if we are free on your date we send our latest brochure which has everything you need to know. We love to talk over your plans on the phone, but sometimes our couples want to just book & talk later so they get their date secured.

How do i secure my date with you?

If we have availability & your happy to go ahead and book, we just need two things to secure your date. 

A £500 booking fee for each service (Photo / Film) or a £250 booking fee for The Wilde Bride services. 

A signed e-contract.
once we have received both of these you are all booked in.

When is my balance due?

Balances are due 4 weeks prior to the wedding date, we will invoice you your total with details on where to pay. 

How long do I wait for my Photo's / Film?

PHOTOGRAPHY - We love to deliver a full preview gallery of up to 100 images within 48 hours of your wedding.
Your full collection of images will be delivered within 4-6 weeks.

FILM- If you have added a Trailer or or Social Reel to your film package these will be delivered within 1 week.
For Highlight Films please allow 12 weeks
For Feature Films please allow 16 weeks.
THE WILDE BRIDE- If you have booked our Content package, you will receive your Highlight Reel within 24 hours of your day, The following edited reels and all of the Raws clips are delivered to you within 7 days. 

What if i don't have a date or venue booked yet?

You may have just got engaged & are just browsing, getting ideas to together & these early stages are important. You can register your interest with us & have one of our latest brochures, but please note we can not hold dates & current prices are subject to change. We advise that once you have a date & venue booked we can then assist you further so we know if we have availability & if its logistically possible ( as we work all over the world).

Can i upgrade my package or add extras on after we book?

Of course, yes you can... It can be sometimes overwhelming & your not quite sure exactly what you want, years in advance. Booking us for your date means you can then add extra services (like the The Wilde Bride, Albums, additional film footage or even extra hours) Just email us with any upgrades you wish to add.
Please note you are not able to downgrade your packages *unless their are extenuating circumstances.

When do we catch up before the wedding?

We send out a finall form, this is usually at the same time as receiving your final invoice (around 4 weeks prior to the wedding date) This gives you plenty of time to fill out the form so we can go over any last minute details with a phone call around a week before the wedding. You can reach out to us anytime during your planning journey though! 

How do i receive my images?

All our packages come with a tangible keepsake of your day, please refer to our current Brochure for more info on what your package includes. 
Every wedding couple will also receive their photos/films/reels online too! 

PHOTOGRAPHY- Your wedding gallery is delivered via an app called PIC-TIME. This is a private & secure online gallery. You can make your own favourite selections & share / download with your guests.

FILM-Your own personalised app ready to view on smart TV's, mobiles & tablets. (Think netflix)The amount of Films are dependant on the package you have chosen, please refer to the Brochure you received upon booking / your contract.

THE WILDE BRIDE- Edited Reels, Raw clips are all sent directly to you via WETRANSFER. They are also shared on our @thewildebride insta page / Tik tok.

We collaborate with you on each Reel we share. 

Are travel fee's included?

If you are planning a wedding abroad or perhaps a little further a field from where we are based in SW Scotland, then yes we do charge for travel. This is charged at 50.ppm & if an overnight stay is needed this will also be added. We want to ensure we are near by your venue so we are ready to shoot without any delays. As each wedding is different, it's best to request more info at the time of booking. 

Who will be with me on the day?

Our Team primarily consists Vicki & Mark. We also have associate photographers & additional film makers & Content creators, to assist us on the day on some occasions. Please see our Collective page to find out more. 
Our team is hand picked & selected for their high standards of work. 

 

Are you insured?

yes we are, we take this very seriously. We have Full public liability insurance & Indemnity insurance. These certificates are available upon request should your venue / planner need these., please just ask them to drop us an email.

What if i want an album?

Albums are a beautiful way to look back on your memories. We currently have two suppliers for album, one is like a flat lay more traditional style album, the other more like an editorial magazine. We love both styles & enjoy seeing our work printed and beautifully displayed in an Album. We ask you to choose your favourite images & we take care of the rest. You have a choice of selected fabrics, sizes & amount of pages. We have a dedicated Album Brochure for you to take. look though, and we advise this is done post wedding!
